Good family holiday, minor issues

We booked a family suite at Insotel Cala Mandía Resort & Spa for a week in July. The booking process on their website was pretty smooth, easy to navigate the room types and all-inclusive options. Confirmation came quickly. Check-in was efficient, and our suite was spacious with a nice view, though the air conditioning struggled a bit on a couple of very hot afternoons. The kids' clubs were a big hit with our two children; they loved the activities and the staff were really energetic. Food at the buffet was generally good, a decent variety, but some dishes felt a little repetitive by the end of the week. We used the spa facilities one afternoon, which were relaxing. Overall, a solid choice for families, but maybe they could vary the dinner menu more.

The all-inclusive package was just as good as I remembered from my last stay at Cala Mandía a few years back. The quality of the food and service hasn't really changed, which is why I keep coming back. It's comforting to know what you're getting. Good for a dependable holiday.

Considering everything included – food, drinks, entertainment – I felt we got a lot for our money. It definitely felt worth the purchase; I wouldn't have booked otherwise.

However, we had a small issue with room service not restocking towels one day, and it took a couple of calls to sort out. It wasn't a huge deal, but a bit annoying. Delivery of luggage to the room was quick on arrival though. Overall, a positive experience, just a tiny snag in the service department.
